X rose to prominence in the U.S. with their 1981 album Wild Gift, which would enter the Billboard 200. For the rest of the decade, the band had become the biggest thing to come out of the Los Angeles rock scene, making it big with titles like “Wild Thing,” “Burning House of Love,” “Country At War,” and tons more.
Grammy winning outfit Los Lobos are the leaders of incredible Latin rock music. The band gained incredible traction upon releasing their version of the hit song, “La Bamba.” In 2015, Los Lobos were nominated in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band is most known for incredible talent in experimenting with rock, Latin, heartland, country, and countless more genres.
