For the first time in 14 years, Love And Rockets will be re-uniting on stage for a string of tour dates along the West Coast. First formed in 1985, Love And Rockets is the ground-breaking trio that created a pathway for alternative rock, being amongst the first musicians to fuse underground with elements of pop that created a music catalyst for other artists. The release of their debut album in 1985, ‘Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven’, was the start of their sound becoming recognized, but it was with their 1989 single release, ‘So Alive’, that they really caught the ears of listeners and spread their sound. The band recorded 7 albums over 13 years, but since 2008 there has been no live performances from them. Yet, last year amidst the reissuing of the band’s albums on vinyl, it seemed the seminal trio had plans, as this year they announced their limited tour.
