Part of their 2025 Doin’ It World Tour, this legendary group is bringing their 50 year anniversary celebration to just a few select cities across the U.S., and we’re lucky enough to be one of them y’all! That means the disco beats and that KC musical swag is hitting the scene here with all eyes on them. They normally hit more than 100 cities a year on a normal tour schedule - so 2025 marks a special moment in time: the band is slowing down, performing just cherry picked shows across the country - and keeping their fifty year legacy secure. Which makes their stop here in Seattle at The Moore that much more important for all of us to see. This could very well be one of your last chances to see them live, in a room filled with all your besties and KC lovers alike. It’ll be that kind of infectious joy and timeless groove only KC and his crew can deliver.

For over five decades, KC and The Sunshine Band have been a cornerstone of American music history. Born out of Miami in the mid-'70s, the band took the world by storm with their unmistakable blend of disco, funk, and R&B. The “KC” in their name comes from founder Harry Wayne Casey, who built a sound that was as joyful as it was groundbreaking. With over 100 million records sold, multiple chart-topping hits, and three GRAMMY Awards to their name, this isn’t just a band — it’s a musical legacy that still has some kick left in them. From Boogie Shoes to 80s club bangers like Get Down Tonight and Shake Your Booty,  their songs are the soundtrack to dance floors everywhere. Speaking about the band’s mission, Harry Wayne Casey once shared, “We wanted to create something that made people forget their troubles, something that made them feel alive.” And if you’ve ever been to one of their shows, you know they’ve done just that — every single time. Fifty years in and that same spark, that same mission, still burns bright for the Sunshine boys.
