Experience a visually stunning avant-garde dance and live music work, bringing to light the realm of shadows and inspired by Japaneese ghost stories. The performance, directed by Artistic Director and Perform Haruko Crow Nishimura and Music Director and Live Music performers Joshua Kohl with Mako Kikuchi, dips into the Animist traditions, taking us back to when human existence harmonized perfectly with nature. The sense of urgency fueled by the existential climate crisis weighs heavy on the world, but Degenerate Art Ensemble doesn't shy away from the stark horrors of modern factories and other forms of nature exploitation. Witness the artistic flair of DAE live on stage, rekindling our bond with the natural world through ceremonies and rituals.

Guests can also expect a multi-dimensional narrattive weaved together with various artistic mediums by talented artists. See performers Haruko Crow Nishimura, whose unique style is influenced by Japanese butoh dance, physical theater and classical music, Ezra Dickison, a much sofught-after highly generative visual artist and performance maker, Joshua Kohl, a composer, sound designer and conductor known for his star-making performances and Mako Kikuchi, an educator and a musician known for his drone/ambiet soundscapes to traditional Japanese instruments compositions.
