After a couple of shows and greater production deals surrounding the character he created, Ray was surprised to hear from the actual Dr. Phil’s representatives that McGraw is not only aware of his antics, but actually approves. Sharing how he takes the motivation to enjoy it as much as he can, “But I knew my intentions were always good. I wasn’t defaming him. I’m not up there saying really nasty s**t. I’m not taking what he’s doing out there in the public eye and putting it in the show; it’s a completely different version,” he told Deadline.

Now that his impact has greatly spread across the world, he’s sharing boatloads of laughs in every city he visits.
