As the summer has come and gone and we reminisce about all the good mems made - we’re back with some more concerts here at Moore Theatre to make some more once in a lifetime moments here with You. Right by the Ocean and with loads of (Ambient) Sun to charge us up before the show, we’ll be Howling and shouting the lyrics to Ry X’s songs all night long when he hits Moore Theatre this October!
You heard that right folks! Our Australian father of Folk Electronica, Ry X, is coming to town this Autumn for all of our indie dreams - and you’re invited to the show, we’ve saved you a spot in the front row! On Thursday October 2nd, catch Ry X’s 2025 EDEN Tour as it hits Moore Theatre, right here in the heart of Seattle.

Moore Theatre is one of the most iconic and historic theatres in Seattle. Located in the middle of downtown and just minutes away from the coast, the theatre has been a staple of the city since it opened over 100 years ago - bringing some of the best and most eclectic talent to the city, and Ry X is no exception! Now on his 2025 EDEN Tour, at the moment his show on October 2nd at Moore is his only scheduled show in America this year. He HAS been hitting shows all across the world however - including in spots like Manchester’s Albert Hall, Paradiso in Amsterdam, two nights at Recital Hall in Sydney, Oslo back in March, and of course - right here at Moore Theatre this October for a special one night American show.
Ry X’s music is tender and moving - tender in his vocal expression, and moving in its progressive beats and delivery. He sounds like a mixture of Rufus Du Sol and Ben Bohmer, tied in with all the good and personal parts of the band Sonder. But above all - Ry X is in a lane of his own, creating music that is melodic and easy to listen to, but also that you can immerse yourself in when you truly want to listen in your quiet moments. Ry X came up back in 2006, gaining acclaim for his first hit single Let Your Spirit Fly and moving to Los Angeles shortly after. He has had many L.A. moments in the music industry, winning a host of best new artist awards and starting a band with him as the lead singer, but none that were quite as successful as his solo journeys. His second EP, Dawn, charted high on the Billboard 200, and The New York TImes at the time said "His voice is a pearly, androgynous tenor, a vessel for liquid melancholy that blurs words at the edges. He stretches pop structures with repetition that grows devotional, obsessive, hypnotic.". He has since toured all of Europe, The U.K., Australia, and all of America. Now, four albums in and with all the momentum in the world - we are only curious as to what new things Ry has in store as the tour begins and he plays here this October. But no matter what it is - we’re so here for it.
