Once again bringing together a range of incredibly talented young musicians for an unforgettable performance, More Music At the Moore comes to Moore Theatre on Friday 13th March 2020! The annual showcase is the culmination of a program that celebrates exceptional young artists, who've been given the opporunity to work with a range of music mentors, including multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Ryan Leyva, 3-time Grammy Award-winner Jovino Santos Neto, singer-songwriter and producer SassyBlack, drummer Faustine Hudson, and singer-songwriter and vocal coach Shaina Shepherd!
More Music at the Moore is a collaborative artist development program that brings together the talents of local musicians aged 14 – 21 for two incredible shows at Moore Theatre! Every year, the project is overseen by a notable music director, and previous years have seen participants working with the likes of The Roots, Robert Glasper, Sheila E., Elvis Costello, Melissa Etheridge, Mike McCready, Jon Batiste and Stay Human, Meshell Ndegeocello, Michael Shrieve, Alan White, Maya Rudolph (Princess), and more!
